Bridge Lift with Stephanie
This exercise is for the hamstrings and gluteals but also works the core. Focus on balancing. The arms help to stabilize but do not push off against them. Keep your abdominals contracted throughout. Try it! You'll love the results!
Side Plank with Torso Flexion
Concentrate on pressing your lower torso and hip into the ball and contracting abdominals as you flex against gravity, toward the ceiling. Return to neutral spine: align the body like a lever from head to toe.
