DANSUE & DANSE LUISA

​Dansue and Danse Luisa is a dance fitness method designed to be fun and energetic. And, most importantly, each class is taught at different levels (one, two, and three), so everyone can benefit from the class whether you are a beginner, an experienced dancer, or like most clients, just out for a great time and a good workout. It's the best way to a fit and healthy body.

​Danse Stephanie is a high energy dance class where you can burn up to 600 calories a session!  Learn the steps to each song and then the class will run through from start to finish.  Your heart will race and you will sweat but you won't feel like you are exercising! Routines last several months in order to give dancers the opportunity to learn, play,  and modify the choreography as desired. 

 

TOTAL BODY BALL​​
with Stephanie Taddei

Everything you do on the Stability Ball used in this class will engage your core so there is a “bonus” with the Total Body Ball workout. Exercise using a Stability Ball improves posture (spinal stability), balance (activates more muscle fibers as the body struggles to stay on the uneven and unstable surface), and coordination (an aid to sports performance in addition to everyday living).

​Core-strength training and body sculpting not only helps you burn calories but produces the long, lean look of a dancer. Stephanie's class will help you execute turns and leaps with more power and grace. You will love the way you look and feel.

 

CONTEMPORARY LYRICAL & JAZZ with Emily Frangipane

​These classes start with a thorough warm-up, emphasizing proper alignment, strengthening and technique. Dancers will then learn choreography set to a new contemporary song with an emphasis on emotional expression, musicality and performance.  These classes can enhance a dancer's vocabulary and add to their versatility.  Dancers of all levels are welcome!
